That would damage chains and sprocket chains because of sticking dust.

3: lubrication of outer bearing of boxes:

Outer bearing includes universal joint hinge frame oil cylinder seat bearing and mechanical drive roller bearing side drive bearing steering bearing front wheel bearing etc. These places can be lubricated with grease or lithium grease with extreme pressure additives.

4: Besides, large gear ring and driving wheel are fixed with bolts, must be checked and tightened once weekly. Drive chain is also used as driving part of roller, which has great transmission load, and must be carefully maintained when driving and braking.

5: If chain contamination is serious, remove with gasoline clean, soak in lubricant soak half an hour then scoop out excess oil, continue loading use. Generally speaking, driving roller chain during working elongation 1/50 belongs to normal, if excessive elongation reduces sprocket tooth number, produces noise and damage chain. It can be used to adjust the elongation of chain with loose edge droop value. When excessive droop is excessive, it should be adjusted by tensioning device for adjusting roller open side gear and chain.
